If you don’t have development resources, you can link Workflow to your site via RSS simply inserting the RSS feed URL in Integration — RSS.
Make sure your RSS feed is well customized and works perfectly. Otherwise, the setbacks will influence analytics, publishing times and other functions. If you want to know more about this, contact us.
Linking ticket with post via RSS integration
- To link ticket with post open the ticket and press Publish
- A window will open, you’ll see a list of headlines under “Link to RSS entry”
- Click the headline you need.
When a ticket is linked with a published post, its status changes to “published”. A published ticket is marked green in Dashboard, and view count is loaded in 5-10 minutes.
